Refunds: Refunds are accepted for store credit only; and you are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be returned within 10 days of you receiving your package. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with the tags in the original location.
Exchange: Exchanges are not guaranteed. If the item that is requested is no longer in stock, we will issue store credit only not a refund. The returned item must be mailed back in original condition with original tags in proper location. It is your responsibility for shipping costs on returns. Accessories & Sale Items: Jewelry, accessories, and bags are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. Sale items are also FINAL SALE. Promo codes or discounts at checkout are still eligible for exchanges/store credit.
Damages: any items received must be reported the same day as you receive the item. No exceptions will be made for this, so please always check your items when opening your package. If you receive a damaged item please email the picture to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back in contact with you within 24 hours. A picture of the damaged item is required for a full refund. Please note some fabrics and colors may vary due to lighting, this is not considered a damaged item.
